You have godaddy domain and want to do hosting at your home for educational purposes or you have a big site and you think that it wants be possible for you to host it on other computers. Whatever the reason is, but hosting on home computer is extremely easy and doable. Today I am going to teach you how to it and that’s too at free of cost!
Step 1. You should have account with http://freedns.afraid.org/ , a really good free dynamic dns service.
Step 2. A domain from goDaddy (other domain registrars would also work) : Set Name servers of your domain according to dynamic dns from freedns.afraid.
How to do it?
Log in to godaddy, click my account-->Domain Manager -->click on launch in front of domain and set your name-servers as
NS1.AFRAID.ORG
NS2.AFRAID.ORG
NS3.AFRAID.ORG
NS4.AFRAID.ORG
Download dyamic dns client from from here and you are done.
