How to Show hidden files affected by virus ?

Virus are creating lots of problem in our computers. One of these problems is disabling folder options from tools menu. It is done by virus because it is in hidden mode and it does'nt want to appear.
Sometime virus disable task manager so that you can't able to see what process your computer is running.
